Does anyone ever get a slip inside their Next delivery saying "Delayed Item" but on the invoice it doesn't mention anything missing? Last time I ordered this happened and Next billed me for the item, even after phoning them a few times. I received my order this morning using the GP4 code and I have another slip enclosed, I think I'm likely to be billed for the missing items again.
yes, i often get this and dont get charged unless it arrives so i wouldnt worry

Keep trying as i have sent loads back today so others would have too.
  • I returned some Directory items today which I ordered with the code. They put the returned items through at full price and not sale price.

Is this correct? I have some more items delivered today, some of which I want to return however I dont want to get too ahead of my self.

Will they credit my account with the sale prices or the full price?

Hesitant to take coats back as sale price was £30 and full price is £80.

    Any advice?
  • did you just return them for vouchers or did you take in your slips that come with your next items?

  • Slips, that came in with the return items. Why?
  • We received our order today and took some stuff back to store this afternoon. The assistant typed the account number in and then put the returns through by scanning the barcode of each item. The printed receipt we were given just shows the three items as <Directory Return> and doesn't show any prices - presumably it just offsets each returned item against each ordered item irrespective of price?
