 Good Morning Everyone.
Very quick pop in today as have to be out of the house in about 40 minutes and not out of bed yet!
Never got any kitchen bits done last night as was soooo ired. Have S&S the bathroom this morning so have at least done something. Will have to clean and do tea at the same time tonight.
Hope the toothache/pain goes soon and those with other pains (either in body or human form) get a bit of respite soon.
Hugs and spoons to all. X0 -

Off to copy and paste my list from last week before school then get started as soon as I come back... well thats the planmumofjusttwo wrote: »Things not looking good with boyfriend. Went round there at the weekend an we had an argument when his daughter was there (she was there but woke up when he was shouting) He now says he need a break to see if he wants to be with me (handle the arguments etc ) Not sure what to do or if I can take him back. Problems should be fixed inside the relationship not I will break up with you and call you in a couple of days.
I understand what you are saying about fixing things in the relationship, but sometimes people just need some space... OH and I have had an on and off relationship in the past and have argued a lot. We both got to the point you are now - still loved each other but so sick of the bickering. We had some space and then sorted everything out properly, maybe its what you need to move forward.

I think this is a possibility, yeah. I had a look into bruxism and it could be that. Hopefully if it is, it's an anxiety thing rather than a habit thing, cause I'm on the waiting list for CBT.and I am terrible at breaking habits!
Appt booked for midday. Bit of a trek too, but I'm hopefully going to get a lift there (but walk back).
I'm going to occupy myself this morning with doing my toots list :j0 -
The codeine element is higher in Kapake but always paracetamol is 500mg in cocodemol OTC and bog standard paracetamol that you buy from Tesco etc.
the tesco ones I got 2 weeks ago are 250mg I've never had higher than that except on 'script.
Squeak back at quacks at 10 then I need to nip to tesco for cat biscuits because they will starve just having meatblob you know! and Moomins new boots need picking up so I'll do that too.
DW running already!
Ebay stuff finished Saturday so I need to get that packaged and it all posted.
Then I can ring the gutter dude, plasterer and solicitors..

Wow! Really? My sainsburys ones are 500mg.
When I was in hospital they gave me 4g a day (by IV - ahhhh bliss) so, the standard dosage. I had codeine once when I woke up in the middle of the night, that was a fun stomach ache for hours...0
