massive thanks to Pigpen and Toots and everyone on here, my head is getting bigger and bigger.
DS came over today to do some garden clearing for me. He went down to his grandparents for an errand and while there the main topic of conversation wasn't DDs new bloke, but the fact that my house is so tidy and my DM said its not just tidy its clean, DS said even the skirting boards are clean

Flung several large items of furniture and some other stuff at local charity, the place is nearly empty:rotfl:

Just another CS run to get rid of the small stuff after DS has worked out what he wants for his charity stall [CLIC] and I might start having time and space for the crafts again:T

ETA we rang for an ambulance once for somebody who had taken and overdose of paracetamol and they which brand he had taken, some of them have built in stuff which makes you upchuck before you get anything like enough to do harm. When they found out which one it was, they said he would be fine and let him sleep it off, he would just have a headache in the morning.
    Sue
Do I need to eat it :o
    Can I afford the calories:eek:
have I checked for a lower calorie version:T

    note to self p 6

hello one (slightly) sunburnt Valli checking in - I was under the impression it was going to rain. Filey was glorious. I wore a V necked jumper I'm sprting a red V

anyway i caught a lil fishy in a rock pool and hence am elevated to position of cool teacher AND no-one puked on the bus AGAIN! So I'm happy

casserole went down well - dd 'I'll have that again"

too right she will twas a doddle. Flung the prepped meat + veg in the SC straight from the fridge, added casserole sauce mix because it thickens it up a bit and went out...DS had his 'as iot comes' DD had hers in a giant yorkshire pudding.

flying will be minimal but I travelled up M1 then A64 (waves)
we came back a different way but went near a big bridge and LOTS of power stations...and saw signs to the Land of Nod (fat chance with 50+ kids on a bus) and Hull....thought of you all..

tis my main criteria for succesful school trip

    1 no vomit
2 all kids we took brought back
    3 first aid box untouched

(obviously not actually in priority order)

    *sniggers*

and none of MY class slipped/fell in any rock pools

feeling for the teachers involved in the 5 vehicle pile-up on the M62 over t'other side though - 2 coaches of schoolkids...

:naughty: Well I need a really good telling off.

No jobs done at all today. Had to head off early to take kids to orthodontist so got nothing done before we left. Daughter in tears when we left as there is a chance they will need to break her jaws to correct her overbite (caused by thumb sucking!) so had a wander round the shops to take her mind off it.

Had dinner on the way back and headed straight to bed when we returned as I was well and truly shattered.

No time to relax as DS2 had a swimming lesson which was immediately followed by a meeting at the school regarding 11+.

Finally home at 7.30, so have scoffed a ham sarnie and now having a bit of a sit down.

Really should think about getting on but still so tired. Have to go shopping tomorrow, followed by Dr, so won't get much done then. Busy Thursday and out all day Friday. Beginning to think I'm going to be having a very busy day on Wednesday cleaning! :rotfl:
