Complained to customer services. They where going to give me a poor £1.74 refund. I said thought it was double difference and I got £3.48 refund.
Is this correct?
Thanks
Guess it all depends on what price it was 2 for?
It you bought 2 and they went through at £1.49 and they offered you £1.74 which wasn't double the difference then that suggests it was 2 for £1.24 which seems like a strange price - so by the looks of it you've done pretty well out of it.2020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -
I've been umming and ahhing over buying the boxed set of denbyware that's been on offer since xmas. was originally £130.00 for a 12 piece/4 settings box. reduced to £65 after xmas and then to £50. i finally bit the bullet today and went to get 2 sets, imagine my joy at the checkout when I discovered it is half price again - £25 per box I was charged, which is a bargain for denby..
BTW SEL still reading £50
