Just been to Mr.T's and noticed the 18 can packs of John Smiths Bitter had a big sign up saying £10 each or 3 for £20 or 2 for £16, offer finished last night , so picked up 3 packs . Strange thing happened ,till reciept took off £4 for the offer . Got a refund of £20
so 3 cases of John Smiths for £6:beer:
Guessing the 2 fo £16 is still valid then and thats why it took just the £4 off. Not a bad deal 3 cases for £62020 Mortgage-Free Wannabes #20 £1495.03/£2760 OP0 -

Original price £30 - http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.201-9806.aspx
Spotted these in a few stores but all scanning at either £20 or £24 if it's the one you have there.
The £5.24 pot's barcode is 5 000462 696303 - got one a few days ago. Check the lids very carefully though - first one I picked up had a warped lid and didn't sit perfectly on the pot. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I think Tesco still have the 20% off cookware etc offer, so these pans actually go through at £4.20. Keep looking each time you're in store as they seem to pop up on the shelves quite regularly - I found one tucked away on the top shelf.0

For £4 or £5, it's still a good buy! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
20% off cookware/homeware has finished now I think.0

In local Tesco clearly an assistant has popped the display cases for the playstation 3 in the playstation 2 stand. So if you look at it, the cases are for playstation 3 and the prices is for a playstation 2. The bit on the SEL that would have the item on (i.e. playstation 2) is covered by an 'Temporarily Out of Stock' label.
So playstation 3 shelf price is £94.97
Actual price should be £299.99
Difference = 205.02
Double the difference = 205.02 x 2 = 410.04
Do you think Tesco would honour the DTD claim0 -
It's worth a shot - but remember to pay usnig a c/card just in case. If they won't then simply ask for a full refund.
And maybe do a lot more shopping at the same time else you won't be easy able to convince them that you didn't spot it at the mistake at the till.It aint over til I've done singing....0 -
No extra discount on my pan I'm afraid. How is the 20% off shown on the receipt? Is it a separate line, just like they display your BOGOF savings? Or did your pan just scan at £4.20?
For £4 or £5, it's still a good buy!
The 20% came off at the end, like the bogof savings - the 20% off offer was still on on Monday, but it might have finished by now - still a good buy.0 -
A well-rounded multifacet visit to Mr T gave much pleasure today.
Had two nice 74+17 wombles in hand; MOC's and Vouchers sailed through twice and renegade cashier with troublesome till said 'They never fix my machines so I don't care'; chap in next queue was delighted to give me his £152.73 shop's worth of points and today's MISPRICE is:
Mr T. Fresh British Beef Topside/Top Rump Joint @ £6.48kg,
BUT, large yellow SEL has it on offer @'£4kg, large' till 2/12, I think.
Barcode on my 2.856kg monster is 0235725018515.
Charged £18.51, should have been £11.42, DTD £14.18.
Wonderful roast = £4.33.
