When I went to CS the very nice lady went off to check and came back with a big smile. :eek: thought I, but no, she was smiling because she could tell me that I had got it for free as they had overcharged me! Bless! What a lovely person!

Can anybody tell me if the points go on the till receipt for the transaction, or later, say in the next 24 hours? I got some of the talc, but when I queried with CS because the points didn't show, they said to wait for the next statement on the bottom of the receipt next time I shopped. What's been your experience (if you bought the talc)? Thanks all.

All my JJ points have shown up immediately on the till receipt - they are flagged as JJ points. I suspect you've been diddled !

Yes, points have shown at once for me.
Take your receipt back and ask for the points to be manually added, or FREEPHONE Tesco HO @ 0800.505555 and ask for this to be done.

What size was the talc? The 100g is also 76p but is not included in the offer. It's the 200g one at 76p that triggers the 100 points.

Big yellow signs saying Nescafe Cappaccino, box of 10 sachets 2 for £3, (normally £2.18 each). All varieties were included as sels said the same. I picked up 2 x Original and the offer didn't kick in - £2.72 refunded :j .

the Kenco coffee had a big yellow sign up saying you were getting 300g for the price of 200g (£4.47) I bought a 300g one but was charged £5.98 !! I took it to cs who said it was £5.98 as it is printed on the jar. I pointed out the yellow sign but they were adamant they were correct.................... I am not too sure how the dtd works but I am sure it should have been the 200g price £4.47 - so potentially a dtd. Didn't work for me though. Apologies if I am wrong. I am going to try it in another Tesco.

went out today picked up 2x 6 pack of kinder maxi bars the sel said 49p scanned at the till for 99p so went to cs to get my dtd back, off she went 10mins later said that they wasnt out but would take my word for it then (even though they was)she tried palming me off with 1.00 when i questioned her about dtd she said that they dont do that anymore so i kindly pointed out to her the huge refunds sign behind her and there policy for overcharging and she got really arsey and siad well they arent out so i said i would show her and yes i was right she was wrong hehe, so she gave in and gave me dtd back 1 nil to me.

in my local store norwich harford i cant find the refund cs board and cant argue for dd has anyone been there seen it or should it be there but isnt??
