I think an on the ball cs wouldnt have refunded at all (If the BOGOF works) should have been charged £15 x 2 = £30 less £15 BOGOF = £15 to pay..

DVDS stickered £10 + £8 = £18 therefore as only charged £15 for the pair then no overcharge?

Unless they were stickered £10 BOGOF and £8 BOGOF ..then you are right with a £10 DTD but they are new stock stickered BOGOF no actual stickered price... old stock stickered without the BOGOF IYSWIM

No, in this example, there is no O/C - here the original poster is telling CS that they were expecting to pay £18 ('cos that's the stickered, advertised, price) but they were *actually* charged £15 because BOGOF took £15 off the bill - hence no O/C.

Buy them one by one, then you *have* been overcharged.

Tesco at Yeading have 1 packet of 10 snickers for £1.78 or buy two for £2. Bought two but scans at £1.78 each. SA wanted to give me the difference and i kindly remind her about the double the diference policy  , so £ 3.12 back into my credit card , i got the 2 packets for £0.44 :D. Apparently they are not the only chocolates on multibuy that scan wrong cos she mentioned to the other SA that it was another code of chocolote wrong! so it may worth try with the other ones.
Still working in East Anglia today. Although got an R&R instead....

Christmas Stella Artois Film Trivia Box SEL £10 and charged £10 but in a pink merchandising tray showing £8. Not bad for £6 with DTD but expensive at a tenner.

This is the same as the filofax's last Christmas wher the merchandising trays have different prices printed on them to the SEL's.

    Hx.
