Bought 2 bottles of Headrin off pharmacey counter. SEL £9.98 charged £11.98. They told me it was an overcharge and I should go to C/S for refund.
Went to C/S they were unable to refund any items purchased from Pharmacey, and sent me back to pharmacey. Pharmacey did not know what to do so refunded full amount of £23.96 then handed me the bottles and a note for the security guard in case I got stopped with them on the way out.CUT OFF DATE FOR XMAS 2008 1st NOVPB £17.87, Ipoints 3907, QUIDCO £217.94,SHOP&SCAN 1950, LITESPEED 1265,PINECONE £8,BOOTS £18.62, IPSOS 1190, VALUED OPINIONS £19.25,MISC SURVEYS CLICK THROUGH ACCS ETC £23,0 -

They also had tea towels and oven gloves. The towels went through at the correct price as I bought those too.0 -

As customers we look out for the companies that take advantage of us by overcharging.;)0 -

If you look at the top of the page you will see it says moneysaving expert just below that it says consumer revenge, i think you might of stumbled into the wrong forum. If you think that this is disgusting please for your own sanity don't look at any of the other Tesco related threads.0 -

It is not a deliberate attempt on our part to overcharge or mislead customers in any way. It is a simple human error when POS hasn't been removed once the offer has expired.
I agree that you should be entitled to a refund if you have been overcharged but I don't agree with scammers that are aware of this and buy in bulk because they know they receive the item for free and their money back0 -

But you don't get the item free and your money back any more.
BTW would you still say all this if you didn't work for Tesco? If I worked for Tesco, I'd help people to screw something out of them:rotfl:Quotes in context only please.0
