yes its expensive for cartridges
thats why last time I bought 4 printers HP ones...for £20 each
cos even the cartridges cost more than that.......so a new printer too...

Picked up these this portable Ipod speaker system. SEL 39.00 charged 79.97. Customer services gave me a refund of 81.94 with a smile. I must say they are very good at my store - they never try and wriggle out of it as is some people's experiences.

The SEL was a big yellow one that expired 4 sept:beer:

the thing is though, with some printer manufacturers, with a new printer, you only get a half-full cartridge.. Not sure about HP

My first post and my first mispriced item - i messed up!!:mad:
I bought a litre of smirnoff vodka last week on offer for 12.98 (bargain), i went in to tesco extra warrington again last night again to buy a bottle of vodka and was not surprised that the smirnoff offer had finished but the SEL was still there for £12.98. Being a newbie and not having alot of cash, i just took the one bottle and sure enough it rrang through for £14.98. The assistant was new and i wasnt sure at what point to let them know i had been over charged.
Well i bet you know whats coming, i knew as soon as i opened my mouth, after i pointed out the error but before i had paid, she rang the supervisor who quickly dashed to the vodka and corrected the till receipt to £12.98. I stood my ground about the double the price refund which she was well aware of but she smugly told me i hadnt been overcharged she had corrected it!!

I hope you all can find the old SEL and get your money back and have a drink on me:beer:

You havent been overcharged until you have actually completed the transaction...
