just a note to say that staff are being given a list of the items posted on here to change the sel every week, so be quick for those r&rs

So your board is way off to the side is it? clues to finding which store you work in
Horwich the board is outside the CS desk area?
Hindley their board is high up on the wall at the side but is within the compound of CS.

Yes but Horwich have way too many misprices to be Constantine's store!

Maybe that is just constantine trying to throw us of the scent saying that her store is almost perfect when it is actually one of the worst. Constantine have you ever asaulted any customers? The one in Horwich has and almost lost his job.

The Horwich manager canceled the policy over the christmas period and had the blue board removed LOL, a strange way to deal with poor price integrity.

I havnt been in since so I dont know if the board has returned or not.

Was refused R&R the other day on the Planet Earth DVD boxset

At first the lady was all smiles and apologetic about things, walked her out to the DVD area and pointed out the SEL, she removed it and said she needed a managers approval. Few moments later, offered to refund the difference. I said hmm, doesn't t that apply? (pointing to R&R policy on the board) She said she needed to speak with the manager again, and then said it was the wrong item as the SEL said "Planet Earth 4 disc" (and the "4 disk" bit was folded underneath the SEL on the shelf to fit it into the runner strip and not even visible really) ...

Didn't argue the point, just said hmm maybe I've gotten the wrong dvd set then, and tool the full refund.

To be honest it really doesnt matter that they are given a list. I would imagine that when the prices change, they are given a list of SEL to update, posters to take down etc. I know when I worked at the co-op we where given several lists, up, downs etc and the "ups" had to be put out before the night that the prices changed so that there was no-one complaining about being overcharged. So if they are not doing their job properly in the first place, what makes you think they will do it when this list is handed to them?

At the end of the day, if Tesco's staff that are responsible for changing SEL etc did as they where supposed to then Mr T would'nt have to keep handing out freebies.
