I bought a dvd recorder last year from Asda, within weeks it froze on a certain code, put the code in google search to try and find a way to remove it, to find lots of people with the same problem! Contacted customer services, no help at all for i couldnt find my receipt! I even offered to send it to them to inspect to see it was new, they wernt interested at all, kept me on the phone for ages,asking for all my details etc, call cost i think 50p a minute, and advised me in the end to put it in a shop and get it repaired! Never again would i buy grundig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Donnie i wonder when "soon" is ! i got one and love it but a friend wants one so i keep checking Grundig web site.
I bought the Goodmans one as well and hate it !The videos i have put on it are awful the words and the mouth dont match up ! i cant get listen to any songs on the memory card that the Goodmans player has.
