  • Just had a quick read through the posts and I cant see an answer, so here goes....

What is the quality of the picture when played back through a 28 or 32" widescreen tv?

I want to use this as a way of watching movies I have on my pc, but on my main tv.

    thanks
  • Depends on the quality of the original file, but generally if a movie in divx or xvid format is around 1.4Gb then it should look fine on a large screen tv.

Just an idle question but can you record off the FM radio?

    yes you can.
  • anyone had any further thoughts on back up battery supply packs for this unit?

Also, anyone had problems with video and audio not being syncronised after fast forwarding or rewinding? If so how do we overcome this? Can't see anything for it on the manual?!!! :D

    Thanks all. ;)

Just need to hold in the button directly under joystick for few seconds whilst film playing to open menu in order for you to set output to TV

    Enjoy

    Hi Shaney
The disc is only used if you are running win 98 if you are running XP it should pick the device up without installing drivers, have you tried connecting the divce to your pc!!!!!!!!!!!.
