Yes mine also came today - got it on its first 5 hour charge

One thing to point out from reading the manual is that even thought it claims to record in VGA - it does but in VGA mode the resolution is 640 x 480 (vga quality) but can only sustain 15fps.

If you want a higher frame rate the quality of the video is halved to 320 x 240 at 30 fps.

Therefore the two recording streams are:-

640 x 480 @ 15 fps (full vga)
320 x 240 @ 30fps (half vga)

I was a tad disappointed at this specification.

Still a mighty machine for under a 100 notes!

No that dont work either ! it goes into the player ok,but and its there,but it doesnt recognise it too be able to play it .Its listed as dvd,so now i am converting it to Avi using Autogk,Looks like its going to be another long night again .
Heavens knows what i would have been doing for the last 6 days if i didnt have it.
Probably have a flipping life away from the computer.

Doesnt just copying from the dvd to the grundig work then? ive got 4 movies on it so far just by doing that.still cant suss the TV bit though lol

i am just putting a film on now from my dvd using the line out, I did record some TV but it seems either one of the tv's only has line in and the other that has line out is almost hidden at thhe back so that you have move everything to get to it.

keef 1 .What !! you just got yours and managed to do it !
Did you touch any of the setting in the player ? cause when i try to do it,it just videos the room !
I put the connection into the PMP,then those other 3 wires go to sound and the other goes to line out . Then it dont work !

think u should be using line in !

on the back of my dvd i plugged to line out the white red and yellow leads, the other end to line in on the pmp, you may only see the room, prees and hold menu and change the setting from camera to line in, hope this helpd.
