    Hi Everyone

I have just recieved another letter from GE money offering me the fees that they charged me on two secured loans that were taken out in 2005/2006.
Both were secured loans and were paid off before the due term.
I sent a letter to GE money asking for the interest charged on the second loan .
if you read my secured loan help in the forum, you will see 4 comments from different people which were not very helpfull, but one person told me to go ahead which I did on 25/05/11 and now I have just signed the forms for the payment which is £2385.
    So don't give up.
i also recieved my form from Simply be today which will repay the PAP(PPI) even though they sent me a final response letter I phoned them up and have been refunded the £375 PAP.
HFC have also sent me a letter to sign for payment.
BOS/Halifax have confirmed that they are going to refund my PPI.
It does take about 6-8 wks, but keep phoning for updates
If you dont ask you don't get.
I did not sign for any PPI. my cards were applied for on line.
the usual response is you had a call from an advisor who had a script which was used to explain PPi.
So don't accept defeat these companies are robdogs as far as I am concerned.
If you have had a catalogue or store card the PPI is usually called something different so take a good look at your old statments
PS many thanks to all those who gave me the good info and help

Have had a look now DI and yes, you need to find out from Chelsea. There was so much going on with these secured loan lenders and it seems that FOS does not/will not and its not a case of "cannot" investigate but these things need surfacing I think.

What has been going on is something bordering criminal (well to me it is criminal but of course to the FOS and FSA its not!!). You are getting there and that is all that matters and I really cannot wait until you post a post to say you have won on this. Just keep digging and keep at it and you will get there. If not then justice is not being done by our so called regulators and the media need alerting to this and also how FOS seems to turn a blind eye.

I thought that FOS judges a case on merits and sometimes they can investigate things which some would say would not be within their jurisdiction. I just hope your case is one like this.

    Thank you Marshallka ;)

I will contact Chelsea tomorrow, hoping they will give the details, I still have the account number, I am finding more paperwork all the time that I missed before with it being so much scrappy paperwork.
It makes me wonder now if I did speak to EPF before getting to Click, as they arranged what you call a mortgage packager which also may explain the different dates on the agreement, ie: the lenders copy and our copy.

So will see what that letter from the adjudicator brings, which we assume will be one they will not bother with due to lack of evidence and move on to this if that fails.

Wonder what info HFC/Endeavour have sent them? (if any).

Thanks again on this, I will keep you posted and I do hope the FOS will not ignore this, not just for myself but for others in the same position.;)
