Maybe he is coming round with your refund.:)
:rotfl: LOL. Normally it wouldn't even enter my mind, but his messages have become quite surreal. I don't know what to expect from him next.

Edit: I've obviously stopped communicating with him as it only seems to be making things worse.

I forward them on to ebay if that's possible.

He's actually been sending them through the ebay system. There's no direct threat, but the language he's used in his latest message has become very emotive and a bit aggressive and then he's thrown in a lot of irrelevant details - like where he is located and that he's going to meet up with his sons. It could all be innocent, but I don't know why he's mentioning these things at all.

Hopefully once this is all over you will be able to leave follow up to the FB.
He obviously wants you to feel intimidated.
Ebay don't read the messages but I think that I would be going onto live help & asking them to on this occasion.

This may be a stupid question, but how to I get on to live help? I've tried using that 'virtual agent' thing, but couldn't get anywhere with it.

Where the virtual assistant is, just under there is a contact us bit, you'll need to put in some details but hopefully you should get through to someone.

He sounds a bit unhinged. I've had a few things go missing where I'm fairly sure they haven't, but obviously have no way of proving it...but still wouldn't think about ranting at customers like that. And surely a business seller should have postal losses factored into their business plan?

    too many comps..not enough time!

Well, I've raised my concerns and someone has looked at the messages, but they can't tell me what action they may or may not take due to privacy laws. I won't be communicating with the seller anymore, that is for sure.
