Vodafone contract problem, really need legal rights

Well, i demanded to speak to a manager and been told a new handset will be delivered tomorrow, and to send this one back. I said if i don't get a new handset i will cancel the contract as i can't use the airtime on the present phone with any quality, Manager said he will have a look at the reviews and said there is known faults with C301 and on that basis send it back. Delivery between 8am and 6pm.
Don't see how its utter rubbish, all i know is my way worked as long as they do send out this new phone.Owed out = lots. :cool:0 -

I couldn't see why you wrote what you did from this current thread.
One thing to beware of, though, is that anyone not picking up on the fact that OP wrote on another thread and reading this one in isolation (as I did) would read your reply in a stand-alone manner and might just act on it.0
