Is it back (i.e. lumbar spine) and neck or neck (whiplash) only?

Back injury resolving within two years would attract an award of up to £5,150. However, that is for general damages (pain and suffering) only. Any loss of earnings and other costs (physio expenses etc) should be added on.

Your solicitors costs are fixed for motor claims so they will not be getting back £10,000!
  • It is now only my back. The neck and elbow eased off within 3 months. My physio picked up on the fact that my pelvis was slightly out prob due to kicking the door open.

As for the Shrimping Shelly i didnt pick the name - when i registered on here it randomly picked it.

Seriously, open forum - anyone can post. :)

Why claim the forum is automatically doling out names involving unusual sexual practices at registration?
