I am absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated by yourselves. Regardless of whether there has been an error or not, you should still honour the prizes as described. If you aren't going to honour prizes then I will be reporting yourselves, AEG and Argos, as it feels to me that you had no intention of giving out prizes as you offered me tickets to Edinburgh!! That's an 8 hour each way journey by car, plus hotel and fuel. So it would cost me £200 plus to do it. That is totally unrealistic of you to expect me to do that, besides the fact the email was sent at 11.21 on the day of the concert! So unless I had a rocket or private jet I would have been unable to make it anyway.

As previously stated, I don't care who's fault it is or isn't, I want what I expected to win, 2 tickets to Bon Jovi in Bristol! There are still tickets up for sale as they are being advertised on tv all of the time so there is no excuse. If you are not forthcoming I WILL take this matter further. You have until 4pm today to inform me of your decision.

I know I am not alone in my frustration and my desire to get a swift and fair resolution, so it is in your interest to fulfill prizes as promised.

I've just spoken to him and he is gonna try and sort things out. He said that due to some administrative error, the emails had been sent to various email addresses for people who weren't winners. He said that he will see what he can do and also that he was likely to have to purchase tickets for Bristol in order for me to go there. I don't know whether that was just lip service, but he did come across as genuine when saying it.

I will let everyone know as soon as I've heard......

just back from the edinburgh gig it was amazing had the best night ever thanks to the kind mser who gave me tickets hubby also won a couple of tickets so i managed to pass them on to another mser i think i have now lost my voice, and in desperate need of sleep for everyone who has tickets for the other gigs u wont be dissapointed enjoy x
