Bon jovi tickets may need to give them away

Am waiting to hear back about changing to Bristol too. Had an email from AEG this morning saying they were waiting for confirmation on the tickets. Just sent an email asking if there was any update yet and they emailed straight back saying Argos will contact me direct about it. Not sure if it was the same for the Manchester switch. They are still advertising Bristol tickets every night on TV so can't see why there would be a problem but the longer it takes the less confident I am feeling.

I have contacted the firm involved being cheecky I asked to see if I could change the tickets to Bristol

If they come back and say no I would gladley give these tickets away ( 2 tickets) or if anyone wants to swop edinburgh for Bristol! not very likely I know!

I wanted to get in touch ref the Bon Jovi Competition you have entered.

Unfortunately due to an error in the selection of winners we have over allocated the Bristol event,
This is something that is neither Argos or AEG’s fault, this lies with us ‘Groovefinder the initiators of the competition.

I can however offer a pair of tickets to either Manchester or Edinburgh, please let me know which you would like to go too and we will get you added to the guest list and give you instructions on how to gain entry

Thats rubbish hope you give them what for in your reply. I saw that they have redrawn some of the edinburgh tickets cause obviously it's too far for some people unfortunatly I still didn't win lol hope you get something sorted

Just had same email so written one back telling them how angry I am and that as the tickets have a minimum face value of £100 and I feel its unfair to miss out because of their incompetence. Cant make either of the other 2 dates so hoping I can get a different prize (very unlikely I know).

What I don't get is they are still advertising tickets for Bristol on TV so its not a sell out.

They have just received a stinking email from myself about the service and the amount of time they have taken to reply!
How can I get to Edinburgh tonight with four children to sort out and get back for, they are having a laugh and just trying to cover there back sides!
