I passed my tickets on to someone else - I just gave their name when I replied to the original email. They have not had a problem with doing this as I've just had the confirmation email.

I received an email today too - with the venue changed to Manchester!! And it's a human on the other end of the emails, not just automated, as I emailed straight back (checking which date it was on) and i received a very apologetic response! :j
