Just poped in to wish Hester and OH all the blessings they wish for for their handfasting tomorrow.
My OH is pagan and it is our wish in the near future to renew our wedding vows and have a handfasting too, we got married in church 16 years ago so thought it was only right to embrace his religion when renewing our wedding vows.
May the gods and goddess be smiling down on you both.
    Blessed be.

    Evening all

JackieO lentil and tomato soup recipe:

    A tin of tomatoes
    chopped onion
Throw in some red lentils about a handful
Stock-I use Marigold swiss vegetable bouillon powder

Bring to boil and simmer until onion and lentils are soft. You may need to add extra water. At this point I allow it to cool a little then put it in the blender. Add more water if necessary and reheat. I find this makes enough for two ish. I love soup!

    I hope you enjoy it.

Who is having cod & chorizo parcels? I've forgotten already :( please could you post the recipe?

No exact quantities but get fish, slice up chorizo, get parsley and chop. Add to 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. De-seed and dice a red pepper pour over fish and chorizo and wrap up in a foil parcel and cook. Twas delicious :D
Just jumping on to wish Hester and The Minder all the luck in the world tomorrow, I hope the sun shines over you and you have a beautiful day. Its our anniversary tomorrow, and the sun has shone every year since on June 18th, I hope tomorrow isn't any different. I shall be thinking of you both. xxx
