Why don't the chat threads fit my screen?

true, only some people are, but if the ones that aren't affected don't get affected by any change of the width of the site navigation column, then no worries eh?
I just had a look and there seems to be enough to reduce by to probably solve a good few peoples problem?Talon "Ace" Karrde

Problem with the new layout for the main site is there is now a "band" down each side and the whole of the right hand side one, which has the new useful links to the chat forums, is invisable on my screen unless I scroll across.
However, on the main site at least you can scroll across then leave it while you read the article and have the right hand side band in view.
When the orange band was introduced it was reduced in size marginally and I wonder if with the new forums it has gone back to the size that it was originally?
(Traf, I do get out occasionally and took my ruler to work to check the screen thereand its the same
