It should be free and CC is just used for verification that is what they say. ..

Hi there, the same has happened to me.... signed up for Noddle as it was entirely free, yet CallCreditCheck took £12.00 from my account on 18th December.

No phone number on Callcredit's website and Noddle's just asks you to leave a number for them to call you back.

Did anyone get through to them or get their money back?

"The OP is correct - I have just been going thru my bank statements, and I'm livid - £12.00 was taken from my account in September, and worst of all, most of the service has been unavailable to me.
(as advised, I joined CallCreditCheck using the link Noddle gave me)"

My wife subscribed to Noodle this morning without issue.

It's good to see such a facility provided effectively for free and there has been no charge to the Visa Debit card (last three hours although it is a Saturday).

All appears to be in order and the information from the Noodle site was presented in a more user friendly way than call credits' own site.

As a long term user of both Experian and Equifax, Noodle appears to be comparable....

Could you please let me know the website that you were using to apply.
If there are more people confirm that they are not cheating or doing a snealy way to charge the credit cards. I might want to try it again.

I am alsways worried to give my credit card detail unless a lot of people have confinred that it is safe and reputable company.

It is always good to have a CRA which is free, which I believe it supposed to be.

Not like Experian or Equifax. They trap people for free credit report for a month. The attraction here is that, it is very easy to appply but once you have applied it is very difficult to cancel it. It is very easy to apply online but why you cannot cancel it online, to trap people I will say ....
