I have to wait for a PIN number to come through the post - is that what everyone else has to wait for?
PIN through the post is what places will use to confirm your address if there's some uncertainty that you're you. May mean that they didn't find a match between the credit card you used and the records they have for that card, if any.

My understanding is that initially we sign-up to the CallCredit site, for free, while they set up the Noddle account.

If you go to the Noddle site and click on the "Have a look" link on the right, you'll see how the Noddle account looks. You have to wait until you get the password before you can actually log in to Noddle itself - the password for CallCredit is rejected.

    Edit
You can also see what it looks like <here>.

Thanks that sounds right. Their twitter page also says this in tweets from Monday (18th July)
the Callcredit login and Noddle login are seperate. You'll receive your login info for Noddle from us soon!

    and

Question: Hi noddle, I've signed up via the link provided, but the Noddle password hasn't arrive, should it be immediate?

Answer: no it's not immediate but you will be hearing from us soon once everything is set
So pretty vague there on when we will get the password

I lost patience and emailed them to ask what is going on. :o

    They replied....
Thank you for your e-mail, we are still currently in the process of setting up your Noddle account and once this has been done we will e-mail you your log in details. We look forward to welcoming you into Noddle very shortly.

    Really informative that............. :undecided

Maybe they are doing them by hand for the moment so they can test other things?

I suspect they launched before they were ready.

I have just received my noddle account details.
So expect it to take about 3-4 working days.

I agree though. Sounds like they are having to manually set up the noddle accounts, which is taking them ages. Presumably backlogged and working through them by hand?

    Hi eveyone
It worked for me OK direct from the link in the email they sent. I was able to see a report but no score.

I have a few questions that I have emailed them. The main one being that defaulted accounts that are shown as settled (in the text part of the report) are still marked with the default icon and not the settled icon (unlike other CRAs)

Also it has a line that says ' last 12 months status' followed by the usual graphics (green boxes etc on other CRAs) - but these are not the last 12 months payments, it is showing the last status reported which could of been years ago (if you roll over the graphic it gives a date)

The above makes it look like your defaulted accounts have not been settled (even thought the text part of the report says they are)

I'll let you know what the reply is - good luck to you all!

I think that accounts which have been in default are flagged as such for 6 years after settlement.
