Photoshop Michael Jackson & Elvis into shop uniforms in the window (conspiracy theorists would have a field day!) :p

 Doh! easier to get caught out on client name when not talking directly about the assignment but something related!

Got a busy busy day of shops lined up for tomorrow, and I had told myself not to accept anymore or I would really regret it when it came to doing the reports. But thanks to the alert, just checked GR and there was 2 fashion shops, same chain, 1 min from each other in my town, but one is the normal one, and one is the children/young teenage version. Thought to myself Oh, I'll pick up just one more job, and thinking I was being clever realised that if I picked up the children/teenage version, I could 'N/A' the whole fitting room section :D

But then I clicked on the wrong bliming one!!! :(

I took the wrong GR job a few weeks ago, I'm sure it jumped up a line.
I think if you call them they will swap it over for you. :)

Just had a 60 mile wasted round trip. Got there and the bank closed 15 minutes earlier. I've called Gfk and they've been very nice about it. Just waiting to hear whether they want me to go back. The irony is, they called me twice to beg me to do other shops before I left and if they hadn't, I might've just made it before they closed.

And before anyone asks, I got there over an hour before the published closing time on the Gfk and the client's own website, which both state a closing time an hour and a half later than they actually close.

It might mean I have 3 to do on Monday and now I'm nervous about opening hours if I can't even trust the client's own website.

What normally happens in this situation? Will I get some money for petrol for my wasted trip?

my car rego im sure is written down and the neighbourhood watch comes out when I enter some villages.

Douglas in Lanarkshire is like that with me. Everytime I do the egg shop there I feel as if there are curtains twitching and people are watching me.

GFK money hit my bank today. It's not even showing on my GFK payment history yet? Very strange, but all good. Have a great weekend all.

GFK payment history updates after the payment. Can't remember how soon it is but should be able to access it quite soon

Thank you, I had a payment today as well and wasn't sure who it was from, my account doesn't give the name until the next day - just checked and it was GFK :)

    bad shopper regrets.

Help I have been doing lots of jobs last year and i loved it. Till that is i hit a bad patch of late nights at work and feeling rundown and ill. I screwed up a few job and it cost me my fav MS companies RE and MCE. Both good client's list both idea for a girl about town to get a few treats while doing MS visits. Anyone know how i can fix the mess i made. would love to go back to doing visits for them again.

Also, MDC rejected me without trial....helps. has anyone become a shopper with them? How do I get on their books?

Try reapplying again for MDC. Make the area you are willing to cover as large as possible - if you are in Scotland tick Inverness the jobs up there always linger the longest, also when they ask if you have any MS experience tick no.

What happened with MCE? Did you speak with Mark, he is usually very helpful and quite accommodating.
