I have just done an Abai petrol station job but have lost the receipt between there and getting home. I have taken a photo of the items purchased. Is it worth me filling in the survey and hoping they will still pay me or shall I not bother and just email them to explain, putting it down to experience. I cannot reshop today as the time frame has already passed.

I've done this before, and uploaded the photo of the items and it was fine. They might ring you for clarification but ABA-i appreciate that we are only human and mistakes happen. Can you remember if you were charged correctly and if you bought the meal deal? Make sure you give loads of comments to cover yourself and you should be ok.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Mmmm

GfK phone calls where you order an item and return it....

...company are breaking the law by not refunding you the postage charge you pay for them to post it to you, they only refund the cost of the item.

This is illegal under distance selling regulations

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/10560466

Now, do I push for the full refund as is my legal right, or put some very strongly worded comments on the report and just suck it up this time round?

I wouldn't put it on the report, I'd complete the report as normal, then send a 'subtle' email to them with the link and ask for a response and see what they say, If you put it on the report it may discredit yourself, and with all the sackings at the moment, I wouldn't personally. But well done :T

Would have loved to have done a drive thru yesterday at Greenock (Tall Ships event) - they'd closed the drive thru to cars and were allowing people to walk thru instead. Quite funny!

i would def mention it as surely they would want to know (not seen the jobs so dont know what the purpose is)

you do need to cancel in writing though within 7 working days of getting the item so make sure you send an email to that effect if you have not already

    Hi All,

I have never seen Coffee jobs with Gapbuster - despite seeing them mention it in the news, and seeing them on the alerts thread...

There's no orientation for the client either - am I missing something?!

    Cheers.

It's an invite only as you need equipment sent from GAP to complete. :)
