Morning,

What's the longest anyone has has something pending on RE - I have one that they queried twice that I did 8 days ago - have answered all the questions but still pending - should I just give up on it?

I had one that was pending for quite a while, it was for a jewellers and hadn't been queried so don't give up hope yet!

I had a bookshop one pending for about 2 weeks I think but it didn't have any queries. Just took ages and was fine.

RE: Proof read pending on client as well if they have a project that is due first they get those all done then go back to reports that were queried and still pending.

Who have you tried calling at JKS...?

IMS are conveniently ignoring my emails regarding extra payment for the Mexican food planogram checks I did for them last month. After 45 minutes, the per-hourly rate increased. I have been given some extra payment, but not at the agreed rate as per the brief. What is most telling is that I have been given two different amounts for two calls when I spent the exact same amount of time extra in store (20 minutes).

No doubt when someone finally does respond/take my call, it will be their oh-so-delightful manager, who will avoid actually dealing with the issue at hand with his bullying and put-down tactics.

Good Lord. Some of the allocators are RE are so bloody thick. If you explain something in detail, why the hell do they not understand it? I even told him how I felt when I could not complete the visit! Are they and the proof readers all bloody numpties or what?

Interesting to read that RE have been bought out by Market Force. I wonder if it'll change much. What are Market Force like to work for?
