Same here love. Mine is still pending. I actually forgot they owed me, so thanks for the reminder! RM are really good, when you do a big spend visit (which you send back for a refund via post) they always reimburse you within 3 days!

Town where I live have just opened up a bum smacking supermarket. Oooh, well chuffed. I've been doing the supermarket where I work once a month, so if I log on at the right time, I could hopefully do both each month!

Has anyone done the super posh handbag for REACT recently? Can someone help me with excuses for taking it back for a refund within an hour or so? I'm confused dot com!

Tell them you just got off the phone to your mother in law or whatever and she said you wife (her daughter) was raving on about another bag (I.e Prada or Chanel) that she really wants from Selfriges or wherever she went shopping with her yesterday (not the shop you're in) and showed her so you'll have to buy that instead now or she'll be really dissapointed.

Or you could say that your girfriend has seen the light and has realised there's more to life than being a materialistic cow trying to out do her friends and wants you to donate the money to the local hospital to help save people's lives.

Hahaha! I've been busted in this store in the past, so unsure as to whether I should go for it or not. The fee has almost tripled, and I know I could get it higher, so it's very tempting, but still unsure.

In this particular store, they all look down their noses at customers. I just pout my lips back at them.

I've got a few of that particular brand, mainly older styles as not so keen on the newer designs, and found the shop staff to be fine in their own stores.

It's not unusual at all for bags to be returned, at that price the customers want to be certain that the bag is exactly what they want so you can just say you found the handles kept slipping off your shoulder, or were not long enough to go over a coat or the messenger strap wasn't long enough, or you needed more inside pockets for your stuff. You don't need any longwinded excuses.

Lol. I got busted cos last time I did it, I didn't handle the bag or touch it. It's a bag for crying out loud, I would happily walk around with a Tesco one instead of one from some fancy animals skin or whatever! ;):D
