Hrm tricky, I think I don't mind the purchase but I would need a fee for it. for example DIY stores I don't mind making a purchase there always something I need -- but the reimbursement is ok as well (well pending on who has the contract at the time lol)0

Tell me if I cant ask this!
What do you like best? Shops with low fee but reimbursements or do you prefer shops where no purchase is needed and you get a flat fee even though it may be lower then the first option. Not sure if that makes any sense?
Max
It depends on who you are wanting as shoppers...if you want people who pick up jobs in their lunch hour and are happy to keep items as part of the fee, that's fine. Keep reports short and to the point.
If you want semi- or pro-shoppers, who see fees as their income, then pay a reasonable fee and ensure the report doesn't treat them as children.0 -
Great, thanks for the answers, what I thought too!0

Has anyone had a strange comment printed on a Gyp Pizza receipt? Mine says "Girl 6.5" The guy also seemed a bit funny when i asked for a receipt (it was a pickup) and said he would bring it with my food, am I being paranoid? If it wasn't a MS I'd phone Head Office and ask what that is about.
I had "**********POSS CHAMPS CHECK****************" printed on the receipt for my last 2 Gyp pizza deliveries.
"Champs" is apparently the name of the reporting system than the company used that used to MS them before Gyp !!
Needless to say on both occasions, the "45 minutes toan hour" promised time was less than 30 minutes, and the pizzas were delivered by the manager in his own car!!!!
The funny thing is .... neither time was a mystery shop, hahaha!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

you didnt look online at the first page of this thread then...
observation is a key skill of mystery shopping. If youve got it youll do fine... not great first impression though.
read every single post on this threads first page, then read it again. Then read every other post on every other page.
If there are still questions unanswered, use the search button
if the answer still doesn't come up, then feel free to ask it. Might seem harsh, but Ill be doing you a favour in the long run, believe me.0 -
