I don't have any nursing bra's either and really don't fancy going to get measured for them
You're not supposed to until 38 weeks anyway (or until bump drops) so guess I have time as still carrying high.
I'm still in denial about the whole labour thing - even after our antenatal classes!

Congratulations Alison!! What a whopper, he'd have been huge if he'd gone to term!
Oddly enough the labour part of this whole process is the bit I'm least worried about. I'm not looking forward to it but I figure I've done it before so I'm sure I can do it again! I've been far more concerned about making it through the pregnancy in one piece!
I'm measuring myself for new bra's - can't get out of the house to get it done properly and even if I could I have a weird mental block about bra measuring women, they freak me out completely lol0 -

It's the bit I'm looking forward to most! I had a sneaky glass of red last week and was dying to have another! OH has three bottles of champers chilling already.... just hope it doesn't make me throw up like the one glass I had when we moved in here a few weeks ago!

I've tried a couple of times to have a very small glass of wine or a few sips of beer but it just doesn't taste as good as it should! Same goes for coffee! I'm gasping for a cappuccino but it would be completely wasted on me! Thank god there's a Starbucks on the way back from the hospital :rotfl:0

Congratulations to Hayley and Alison.
So jealous you're having baby cuddles xxx0 -
Has anyone else had the thought 'Right, stop the ride, I wanna get off?' I do want this baby, definitely, but the labour side is approaching fast, and I've discovered while broken bones and open wounds don't bother me all that much, the thought of labour is turning me into a wimp. Millions of ladies have given birth, and I have science on my side- it's still not something I'm looking forward to all that much. Afterwards- yes. When I get to find out if Hitch is male or female, and we sort out our bets on a 3 course meal (closest weight gets starter bought, gender buys main, arrival date gets dessert bought- my DH and I got a bit competitive)....
That would be me. I am so so so frightened about labour. I'll only have OH around but that is maybe a good thing. He is wonderful but has health issues so I really hope he can go the long haul with me (I know that is selfish but I NEED him). Saw a new midwife and she was amazing. She is going to help me. I feel a little better after seeing her already.
As for dreams mine are vivid and weird and lots feature my cousin (female) wearing my clothes in the dream. I was at a waterpark with her the other day and because I was PG I could go in the lift to the top of the slide. The lift went all around this town and took ages to get to the top. How random is that though.
Alison congrats on your baby boy. He was a big boy. Hope you are doing ok.
I'm shattered, think I might have a quick nana nap. Working full time and being up early is tougher. Not long to go. When are people working up to?0 -
I worked until i was ten weeks then the gp signed me off for the duration of my pregnancy because of health issues i already have that will be made worse by pregnancy especially since alot of my meds i cant take wilst pregnant. i am bored already tho
well we looked at a council house today, only been waiting since i was pregnant with dd3 who is 4 now. it isnt perfect and theres alot of decorating that will need to be done but it will definatley do the job and it gets us out of this hovel.
hair is done, so all i need to do now is get shoes for the kids and wait until thursday then i will be ready for the wedding, there are a few little bits like, the lady is comming over to do my tan etc but thats all late next week,
i cant decide weather to move the kids school or just travel over to there current school in the car when we move, its going to be a good few weeks yet, even the thought of paining is making me feel sick so opening the paint wont be fun.
i have found myself a little box to put baby stuff in ready for when we move, its about time i started picking bits and bobs up for it
ohh and i phoned about my scan, and apaprently the midwife hasnt even refered me for it...il try calling her again now, she isnt verry good at calling people back0
