Thanks Delain, I thought some people must have success with Tommee Tippee as they stay in business, so someone is buying their products :D

Well I had my pre natal massage yesterday and she said my back was not tense at all, the muscles felt very loose. She said my shoulders were a mass of knots though and spent ages on them trying to release the knots, infact they are sore to touch today :( I've been awake on and off most of the night with my back so it didn't really make much difference. Ahe thinks it is due to my rib cage not being pen enough and that there is pressure there from all my organs being pushed up, and that sitting on a gym ball might help? So today's task is to purchase a gym ball from Argos.

Blooming cold and blowing a gale here today :(

Hi WW.. Just a few tips, if you are out getting a gym ball today, make sure you get the right size for you or it might make it your problem worse! If you are 5ft6 or under go for 55cm, if you are 5ft 6"- 6ft then 65cm, and (it seems un likely!) over 6ft - 75cm. Plus look for one with anti burst- which the cheapies dont always have. It might up the price a little, but that is better than having it pop and landing on your pregnant butt!! :D You might need to look in a sports shop as well as argos to get a sized one.

  • OMG 13th after the boldies, how did that happen!?

Congrats on all the births and labour vibes to those wanting them.

Am pretty much ready now, bags packed etc ust need to get some nursing bras but will wait till next week so that its a closer guess to measurement.

Am gutted everything is ready for baby and nursery finally sorted thanks to helpful parents, OH has been great ut is ery laid back and so needs a kick up the A**e sometimes think my parents coming over to help did the job!!!:) However got our cot out of storage and some of the pieces have been attacked by damp right by the teething rail, i loved that cot and it matched the rest of the furniture for the nursery.
It's not urgent as we have a moses basket and baby will be in with us in that at first but am desperately searching on ebay now for a replacement!

Hope everyones aches and pains are easing, am off to the loo now for the 6th time this morning can feel baby pushing down constantly

I've got a cheapie pilates ball someone gave me, so I hope it doesn't burst on me  I'm never off it these days, seems to be the only comfy thing to sit on these days. I cannot wait until I can curl up on the sofa and cuddle into the OH again ( with a big glass of red wine) :D

The OH got a craving for Vimto the other day so I went and got him some ( wrong way round I know but I haven't had cravings). Ive never had Vimto before but my word, I love it now, especially with lots of ice. He also reckons he's getting heartburn. :rotfl:
Anyone else have OHs with sympathy symptoms?

How annoying mrs T, at least you have time to get a replacement.

    Good luck to the boldies!

It is never too early for feeling crappy!

stinging pains are usually stretching ligaments and back ache may be down to poor posture or lack of muscle tone/ligaments being loose and just general achiness.. if it continues mention it to the MW next time you are there but it is all very normal boring stuff by the sound of it.

As for acid.. gaviscon? milk? ranitidine? you can get stuff on prescription if you are visiting the doc any time soon? I think you can get the gaviscon on the minor ailments thing at the chemist if you are passing one?
