    morning all.

Well i've had an awful night. those pressure pushign down pains i had got worse. gees they were taking my breath away ( meant hubby got some peace, lol) had enough and decided to go to bed. and i swear it was just like really bad period pains with very back back ache. honestly it felt like the weight of the world on my back. i was just in agony.

but through sheer tiredness i dosed off. although had horrible dreams about bleeding and being in pain and crying. so i'm guessing i still had the pains while asleep.

i was up and down all night needing a wee, by about 5 i couldn't hack it anymore , i dragged myself down to sofa for a cuppa.

slowly tho the pains have been going and i am shattered. but hey least i'm not in pain now.

And the weather is gorgeous i was in garden at 6 pegging out washing ( must of looked a state, hair liked dragged through bush, pj's on, hubbys shoes as mine upstairs, and every time i bent it hurt :rotfl:) but there was a real autunmy feel in the air. the fresh wet dewy grass smelt lovely. the thunder we had last night must of finally cleared the air.

so i'm havign an easy day today. got more ebay parcels to post, then more listing tonight , and i'm going to do some sanding and painting on a pine unit.

my dd wants to help pack hospital bag ( well suitcase, i don't travel light) so we will do that althoguh bit early for me really.

gonna defrost freezer. well turn it off and let it just melt. plus chairty shop run, and b and q run.

all beds are striped , nearly all washed and on line.

plus inbetween gonna spend time with the little ones maybe making fairy cakes and not sure what else yet but i'm sure they have plans, lol.

how is everyone else feeling ?
hope our 2 new mummys had a good first night.

Sounds like a crappy night jcr :(

You know I was pegging out washing at stupid oclock too! Thing is we had rain and thunder/lightning last night (you might have had it too, I don't think you're that far from me) and the garden was sopping wet and the ground squelched when I walked on it :o but the weather is sunny now so hopefully it will dry.

Possibly TMI for this time in the morning, but I have been getting sharpish pains in the front of my foof this morning......... Baby moving down maybe?

    xDx

I'm not too sure as I'm learning too. I get split second pains like that and think it's my pelvis. Could be baby moving down and putting pressure there for you. I also get period type crampy/stretchy pains which go across more (below bump but above pubic bone) which feels a bit like it's stretching because something is there.

    Congratulations Abby and sequeena!

Think I'm having a growth spurt too lirin. I feel enormous and exhausted today. My last week at work. I feel excited, anxious, sad, relieved all at the same time.

sounds like maybe your not too far away from me then delain , where are you ? pm me if you don't want to post.

The rain last night, i'm not sure it was rain more like a dam bursting, lol or thats how it sounded , it was so heavy. but there is something very calm and relaxing about hearing the rain. If it isn't likely to blow indoors, then we often open the french doors in lounge and listen to the rain of an evening.

yes sunny here also, although bit cloudy, but as it bed change day i hope it stays dry even if it is windy the washign dries so nice when sun not out.

Dear little one, mommy's cervix is not a yoga mat. While I appreciate your interest in alternative exercise methods could you hold off until after you're born?

This one doesn't disturb me yet, because of the anterior placenta according to the sonographer.

You want to try having two in there, feet in the ribs and in the cervix all at once!

Honestly once I had such a fierce kick I genuinely looked down expecting to see a foot sticking out :o It was like they were wrestling or something.

I need help re a birth pool! They're about £100 new, and not much less to hire. Anyone got any MSE tips? I'm in Edinburgh if that matters, haha.
