I've actually just realised I've got two huge tesco bags of clothes from my old neighbour - I forgot as they've been boxed up. It's fine unless I go into labour in the next 5 weeks :o I'm so eager to move into our bloody house & we still haven't exchanged yet

Did anyone see the 16lb 1oz baby born to a Diabetic mum in the US on tv last night.

Nope. Because 16lb 1oz Does. Not. Happen. (Or at least, won't be possible til after mine is born.) :)

Pigpen- go for a swim in your local pool and count that as a shower! :)

And go in water other people have their genitals in????? I don't think so... that is just beyond gross!!!

I think the baby may be coming down with chickenpox... glee.... suppose it is better she has it this weekend than in 2 weeks time when it is her birthday party.. :D

No idea where she could possibly have got it from we only ever go to tesco!

DS lived in sleep suits for the first 3 months of his life! they are so much easier than faffing about trying to get pants on and tops on babies without thinking you will break them lol xx

I like the plain white sleepsuits from asda they come in a pack of 3 think they are about £4.50ish.

I found scratch mits to be useless, they just fell off all the time, just nibble off any sharp nails or I found babies socks worked better as scratch mits they stayed on x

I have already had c/pox but isn't it dangerous to pregnant women anyway?

I swear I'm not affiliated with sainsburys :o but the sleepsuits we had from there had sleeves where the ends folded over to use instead of scratch mitts ;)

I don't think it is if you've had it as you're immune then. I know the doctors just say it's not ideal to be around chickenpox and to avoid it if possible just in case.

Matalan sleepsuits have fold over sleeves to use as scratch mitts too :)

I've never had chicken pox and i'm very cautious now knowing my luck this would be when i catch it!

Both my boys have been riddled with chicken pox recently - doctor just said as I'd had it as a kid I would be ok. Nothing they could do if I was one of the few to get it again but luckily I didn't!
