Thanks for Nunchuck info..... would anyone be able to help with question below?? Thanks. xx
I presume if I want to play tennis (for example) I don't necessarily need to buy the tennis racket, I can just use my remote? Sorry if I'm being dumb!
using the remote on its own for tennis is absolutely fine, it's great fun :T

other than the nunchuck which is needed for certain games, most of the controller accessories aren't really necessary
the one 'unnecessary' thing I would recommend getting though, is the steering wheel for Mario Kart

    have fun :)

If 4 of us want to play do I need 4 remotes and 4 nunchucks?
It depends on what game you want to play. Check the booklets in the game boxes for advice on that particular game.

If you mean Wii Sports, you need one remote for each person for tennis and baseball. You can use 1 between 4 in golf and bowling. You need one remote and one nunchuck for each person in boxing.

    Hi all,

I bought a Nintendo Wii from a friend which had Wii Fit. The board is now broken so im looking to purchase just the board.

I cant seem to find anyone that does it by itself. Does anyone know of any places i can buy this from?

Or failing that, whats the cheapest Wii fit bundle?

how did it break? Nintendo should repair it, it can't be very old.

That doesn't sound very much like saving money. Why not sell the new boxed Wii from Woolworths (which will fetch more money), and keep the one you have already? The Wii will not be bundled together with the Wii Fit, they are two separate items.

true... I'll have a think about that!
It would sell better if I don't open the box!
(I did manage to rip the box on the other one  )

    *sob*

my card rang me up concerning the Wii console and wii fit from woolworths asking if it's ok and not fraud... I said no.. they reset the card... and reapplied on my woolworths account - so everything should have been fine.
it's now been cancelled and woolworths have sold out again!
    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

so no wii board for me... I'll try and be patient and wait to see if any emails come in telling me they are in stock.

does anyone know if stores are keeping some to sell in shops and have a seperate stock for online.. just wondering if having a peak around the main shops would help (I'm in London)

Try Zavvi.co.uk I got one yesterday even though it said they were out of stock. I added it to my wish list there and it came up in stock. They are in stock now (Friday 21:45)

ahh... just saw your message - went to that site and it said it was in stock but not when I clicked 'add to basket'!
I'll add it to the wish list.

The wii fit tracker said Amazon had a £69 in stock but when I checked it wasn't! *sob*

thanks ... this site wasn't listed on the wii tracker.

(grrrr... the wii tracker keeps saying it's in stock at Amazon for £69.99 but it's not!)
