 I like sharing deals! lol
Sometimes I get disheartened if I share a deal knowing its probably going to be ABUSED though!!! :mad:0

Why don' you put a link to mse threads for the deals?
Often the chat on hear does help a little in kerbing abuse of deals eg coupon abuseGRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0

Slate me if you want , but I'm all for genuine offers , no minimum spends etc but they used the right word when they said ''to help consumers exploit it''
I'm not into exploitation personally , yes , I make multiple purchases when allowed , yes I buy Tesco items if they are marked up at 1p but this finding a loophole to exploit leaves a bad taste in my mouth , sorry
I know I'm going to get a barrage of abuse for this but its just my personal opinion , thanks! :D :D
I'm not one of ''Lewis's army of followers'' and ''the retailers make millions already'' doesn't cut it with me , not when it means massive exploitation on a large scale which is what looks like is coming!!!
I didn't take part in the ''massive DTD loophole'' either - Personal choice once again!! So am sure we can all do what we want at the end of the day
You my friend are representative of what allows the CEO of many many stores to sleep soundly at night :cool:0

At the minute I am one of the people living hand to mouth for various reasons and I have never been more thankful for the stockpile of goodies I've collected through the years!
Whilst I agree that the poorest of society don't always know about these deals they aren't hidden from them and Martin is regularly on TV promoting MSE.
If I have a use for something or know somebody else who does then I will fill my boots. Tesco regularly put up prices just to reduce them a month later just to fool us into thinking we're getting a deal.
CazzaP06 - Can your grandson not get free nappies from the NHS, I know it won't be enough but anything's better than nothing! My son is special needs so we know a lot of other children with autism and that's what they do. My stepdad has severe MS and he gets free adult versions.
Whilst I respect others views I think that you're disillusioned by big business profits and strategies. Many say that these 'glitches' are just a loss leader to get us in store.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!0

I must have explained DTD in great detail to 20 people, not one of them could be bothered.
I dont mix with the poorer in society ( there are no unemployed where I live, only me) but I would hardly class the people I targetted as rich, the thing is the majority of folk are actually too lazy/stupid to make the effort. Or I'm really bad at explaining things.
Funnily someone came round the other day and was amazed at the stock levels in my garage/freezer, when I said DTD, you know, what I explained to you a few weeks ago ? The reply was " Oh I cant be bothered with that sort of caper, I dont have the time." Well I value my time and have calculated the value after expenses to be in the region of at least £25/hr, after tax .0

Just thought I'd put my two pence in
I am on benefits as I am a carer for my grandma, My DH is self employed so doesn't have a regular income, Some weeks he has no work at all.
Yes,during the Tesco DTD, I took advantage. I have cupboards full of tinned food, toiletries and laundry items.
But, this means I now do not have the stress of worrying about how I am going to make meals if we don't have an income for a week or two.
I also help out with my next door neighbour who is disabled with a disabled husband, a severely disabled child and 4 other children and and grandchild and another grandchild on the way. They constantly struggle and the things I get them from these deals and glitches really help out. She does not have the time to find these deals.
Since finding this forum in april, I have saved 89% on my shopping bills and am enjoying using brand name items instead of the value brands which I normally buy. And I have new clothes instead of shopping in charity shops. All through glitches and loopholes.
So yes I take advantage, but I also help others with my finds.:j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j0

I'd like to know how many people here would hand in a wallet of cash if there was no id in it? I went to a cash point at my bank and found a wad of money hanging out of it - i could easily have taken it (God know's i need it!!) but i handed it in to the bank because i know that if i had left it, i would have wanted someone to hand it in, it's the way i was raised. Every man, woman and child for themselves - maybe this is why the country has turned cold and most people i see would rather just walk through you with a dirty look, than let you pass. I would rather live with less than to sell out my values - just my opinion.Man who run into airport turn-styles is going to Bangkok
To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research 0 0
