    I know it is some times since this was posted but the UCTA mentions nothing of the sort. It explains that signage must be legible and other matters along those lines but it doesn't mention anything about amounts having to reflect losses. That principle is a general guideline laid down across several protocols and in precedents set by District Judges, and in particular Lord Dunedin in 1914.
