Perhaps that's why *you* need one. If only to be different from them...

It is too hot. And too humid. Thunderstorms ahoy...

Yes I can't really say how ridiculous it is for them not to have a Plan B and not have one myself. I guess Plan B is to do retail or pub or whatever in the short term. Plan C is to sell the house and emigrate. Will be talking to folk in Australia about that.

Yes Beanie, sorry it is too hot. Think it is going to rain fairly soon.

Do you have exact criteria for triggering Plans B&C?

    Why Australia in particular?

Plan B is running alongside Plan A as we speak. Plan C is longer term and will be determined by debt repayment and visa timetable.

Shortage of the type of work I do. Wild enthusiasm from anyone who has been / has worked there. Relatives out there at the moment. Lack of recession.

The recession will bite there too - very soon unfortunately. Is what you do very recession sensitive? Have you looked at any other countries?

Arrghh not good SRM! You would think they would have something in place to stop something like that from happening - I thought they did, but obviously not. How annoying.

I have just got my ironing out of the way, having put it off for the last couple of days due to it being too hot.

It has been unbearable in our office even with a fan directed straight on me. It was just moving hot air around really. Every window was open, about 20 fans on and blinds shut, but it was still bad. It has definitely cooled since the thunderstorm but is still muggy.

I don't think it's recession sensitive, just if Dave the Chameleon and George are running the show. They're using it as an excuse for a major welfare state shrinking exercise. It's just what I want to do and what I find interesting and what I think I would be good at (based on past experience) so I'm trying my best to get into it.

Well done on the running SRM. Never mind everyone else, are you improving? Quick question - If you sold the mobile would that cover the bill? It's a solution and he'd learn (Can you tell I don't have children!)
