  • Hi, if anyone has had their switch completed by the Utility Company and has not received their cashback can they please email [EMAIL="cashback@simplyswitch.com"]cashback@simplyswitch.com[/EMAIL] with their full name and address and I will make sure it is sorted and paid as soon as possible.

    Did you send your name and address to the email address quoted in post no.24 in this thread?

    Here's an excerpt from the SimplySwitch quoted email:
    "If you have switched and have not yet received your vouchers or cashback can you please email us at cashback@simplyswitch.com with your name and address and we will arrange payment straight away."

    I have sent 3 emails to this address and 2 to a customerservice@ address. I'm not waiting on cashback though, it's Amazon vouchers from the MSE link. I only received one reply, saying Amazon vouchers were being dispatched at the end of July - for goodness sake, it's nearly October now! Will e mail again as I'm loathe to let it drop but I'm not holding my breath.
