Its like piccadilly station at the moment with all the kids and bf and gf coming and going. DS2 has met a new girl who is a singer and singing at our local tonight so DS1 and his GF are going to watch so may have a quieter night:eek: DS3 seems to be seeing less of the older GF so fingers crossed, I feel like marjory proops:rotfl:

Off for a spray tan and a manicure this morning with with eldest boys GF then a walk round the market but think I will need my brolly.

Tea tonight will be tater ash so people can help themselves as everyone is descending at different times

Also DSS and DDIL are 4 days overdue with their first baby as well so we are all waiting for his arrival. :j thinking of changing my name to never a dull moment.

Morning everyone,

The sun is shining and it feels quite warm but the black clouds are looming, never mind they might miss us.

Beemuzed, so glad DH is ok but he should get checked up.

Kids have gone to school and OH to work with packed lunches and I am at work having a little break before the day gets going, I often feel that I have done a full days work at home before I even get here:D

Still spending evenings nagging DS about his revision, he has got Graphics tomorrow and Maths on monday and then they are finally over and then hopefully we will start getting on better again.

Tea tonight is fish that I got out of the freezer this morning, haven't decided what to do with it yet.

Morning everyone

Dry, bright and sunny here. Wash ready to go out on the line, will do that in a mo. DH up and off to work at stupid early o'clock.

Dinner last night was lovely pasta with LO gammon, mushrooms, garlic and creme fraiche with a sprinkling of cheese. Also made a loaf of bread, made the dough on the dough setting, then hand kneaded the bread, let it rise then baked, came out of oven as a mahoosive loaf - it tasted so much better than bread from the machine so will be doing it that way from now on, also dough programme only takes 1 hour 30 then 30 mins in the oven, in the BM whole programme takes 3 hours and it's using electric the whole time, so have cut the electric use down too, how OS is that? Also made a banana and honey tea loaf yesterday, used up some rather black looking bananas think I took it out of the oven a bit too soon, but it tastes ok. Tonight's dinner is beef casserole, dumplings, new potatoes, carrots, broccolli and gravy.

Have a whole list of jobs to do today, all the normal stuff, need to crack on as we're away this weekend and I want to get some baking/cooking done too. Didn't do any last week and everyone moaning we've got nothing to eat!! Will be endeavouring to get housework done, then crack on with ironing etc, then continue the household de-clutter, will start on the hanging items in my wardrobe next.

didn't get time to come on here yesterday but didn't have a great deal to report anyway.
2 days off now:j - although today is fully taken up

Make a meal plan and shopping list
washing, ironing, cleaning
cleaning job for 2 hours this morning
take DS gf home then take him to work
Visit Mum's friend in the nursing home
Grocery shopping(working all weekend so needs doing now)
make HM veggie lasagne for tea
collect DS from work
walk dogs

Phew! and thats my day off:D

tomorrow is better, waiting in for the Sky man to come as we're splashing our on sky plus HD to go with our new telly. It is an expense but we very rarely go out and we're on one of the cheaper plans.

BB Have you tried going to an osteopath or chiropractor? I had great results especially from acupunture even though I was a complete cynic.

LW Love the doggy..... looks like a great character.

Beemuzed Glad dh is ok. Probably be much more sore today especially now the adrenaline will have worn off.

Busier day today. Going to visit a friend this afternoon. She has invited a few of us round when the kids are at nursery so it will be nice to have a chinwag Don't have any eggs so will have to make some melting moments. Was going to do twinks, but feel like a change.

Mindee is on school trip until later so I will be doing the Benny Hill impression and running here there and everywhere in order to get some errands done (with DD in tow of course ).
So baking on agenda, taking recycling (our council is really poor at what they'll take for doorstep collections) and a few other bits and bobs.
sun is out at the moment but who knows for how long

Weather still grey here, washing on, beds made, dishwasher on, kitchen cleaned, bacon sandwich on

Off to see my Gran today who is 89 with Alzheimers but still living at home, I arranged carers to go in 4 times a day but shes kicking up a fuss about it so will have a battle on my hands with her (unless shes forgotten when I visit) Some days shes nearly her usual self but other days it's just tears and arguments, so we shall see.

Chicken curry for tea as I had a lot left over from roast last night as DS1 had made pizza swirls at school and wanted them instead for his tea. DH got in late from work and didn't fancy chicken, so I changed my weekly meal plan for tonights tea. I am loving my plan though at last I seem to be organised and not forgetting to defrost things and having to go shopping on the day with no idea about what we are going to eat.

Made a loaf again in my Panny and I'm in love. I have kippers for lunch today with a nice slice of my bread mmmmm

Got an interview on monday so fingers crossed as its more money and sociable hours as well as closer

Morning
took DD1 to school (we were late! oops) Then tidied upstairs made beds, cleaned/tidied bathroom, put a wash on and now thats drying on the line, fingers crossed it doesn't rain here. Threw something in the slow cooker for tea and now drinking a lukewarm coffee, I make it then something else distracts me!
