    Fifth Anniversary 10 Posts Name Dropper
    I signed up to Virgin Media as I've recently bought a new place - gone through Quidco, £155 cashback offer and mysteriously it's not tracked. Everytime this happens and I put a claim through, the retailer "mysteriously" cannot verify the purchase and the claim gets rejected. Obviously when it's for £1 I am less bothered as I understand technology, but this just does take the biscuit a bit & can see where this will inevitably head to. My experience of the support tickets are "computer says no, case closed" which again, is just dreadful service.

    Has anyone got any advice? the click has registered through Quidco and I've got confirmation of the purchase.

    Argos DON'T honour the cashback offer if you click & collect, only if you have delivery, so think carefully as the delivery often is more than the cashback.

    Hey there, Hope you are well! I am ever so sorry to hear your cash back has not been paid, the retailer sometimes only offers cash back for delivery of items but we can certainly check any of these for you. If you would like me to look into any declined please let me know on the email below.

    There's a problem with Evri not tracking.  Was using TCB for Evri but it stopped tracking in Feb and they are in discussions with Evri to try to find out why.  So have now started going via Quidco but you appear to have the same issue as nothing is tracking on Quidco site either.  Its not clearing cookies, etc as TCB have admitted there is a problem.  I use Evri  every other day so would appreciate an investigation into the issue.

    I have £32 in my account that I’d like to convert to a Costa gift card.

    I’m currently on a basic account, which has a Costa payout top-up bonus of 5%. If I switch to a Premium account for the month, which will mean I incur a £1 fee, will this give me a significantly higher top-up rate for a Costa payout?

    Hey there, Hope you are well! if you upgrade before you withdraw then you will get the top up bonus. You can downgrade after the withdrawal if you would prefer but you would still incur the charge of a £1. Thank you Ashleigh
