I actually got my dates wrong. I've been checking ..
Tombola Account opened on .. 5th of July 2011. So it was opened over 13 months ago. I really should get a cake
1st support ticket raised: 26th August 2011
2nd support ticket raised: 11th December 2011
3rd support ticket raised: 21st June 2012
Are Quidco actually going to do anything constructive about this or will they just ask you to keep apologising to me every few weeks until the next Olympics ? I'm not having a moan at you personally Rosie, just the company you work for ..
For such a long-term "ongoing issue", you'd think that Quidco would suspend Tombola until the issue has been resolved, because I can't imagine that i'm the only person who's having a problem.
Let's have a look ..

@bristolleedsfan – I’m very sorry about that – and your previous support tickets should have been checked in this instance so you didn’t receive this response. I’ll pass this on to our payments team and we’ll ensure it is paid on the next payment run at the end of this month.
Many Thanks Quidco for steps that were taken to ensure that I was paid for this valid transaction that I did in response to a promoted advertised Cashback offer that Quidco made on behalf of a third party company. :beer:0 -
Just used quidco for first time - obtained a home insurance quote, chose the best value one (Swinton), and bought it. However, no record is showing on my quidco activity page, and all the "contact" options lead to dead-ends.
Any suggestions on what to do?0 -

You need to allow time for it to track first. But experience tells me that I would raise a support ticket at the earliest possible opportunity because there'll invariably be some delay or some other problem, so at least if you've got a ticket open, they'll get around to it eventually.0 -

Thanks. However, I tried to raise a support issue, but all I get is an on-screen message saying that they have no records of me visiting any retailer?0 -

You might have a problem then if your cookies haven't tracked the site visit. You'll need to gather as much information as possible to prove you've visited the site via quidco and email them directly.
If the visit hasn't been tracked though, i'm not so sure you'll actually be able to claim the cashback.0 -
Ok cheers. I suspect this may be my first and last attempt at using Quidco...0

I hope you've all had a nice weekend and are enjoying the Olympics!
@jasonwatkins – I’m really sorry about this. I know this is being looked into but it is unfortunately part of an ongoing issue at the moment.
@DBAKER1980 – I’m very sorry to hear that, and the last thing we want is for you not to receive your cashback. Are you able to raise this as an official complaint for me via this link, and I will see if there’s anything else we can do to help.
@fairclaire – We’ve had a few reports of this recently and do be assured we’re looking into it with Tesco. We’re currently waiting on a response to this so I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we hear back.
@Hurri – I’m afraid the email address enquiry[at]quidco[dot]com isn’t used by us, however could you please go to this contact form, and select ‘why has my purchase tracked at no amount?’, you should then be able to raise a support ticket.
@cte1111 – I’m sorry for any confusion caused by this. This warning is actually in regards to the payment option on Quidco, i.e. you need to have BACS listed as your payment option on Quidco in order to get cashback. The reason for this is that we can only pay up to £25 cashback to Paypal accounts, and generally Sainsbury’s will offer more cashback than that. You can use whatever payment method you wish when buying.
@doctor40 – Sorry about that, that doesn’t sound right at all. Can you please raise a support ticket via clicking on this link, and we can then investigate that further for you.
@Toki – I believe I have replied to your email today, both claims have now been processed for you.
@milgo – not at all, it’s not uncommon for cashback to track at the wrong amount, and we can always have this rectified. That’s correct that you cannot raise a claim for the moment, however if you raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team (via this link) they can certainly look into this further for you.
Many thanks,
Rosie
Hi quidco Company Representative, please could you add me to the list regarding the Tesco voucher? The cashback has already tracked. I have contacted yourselves and Tesco and you each say it's the other that would be issuing the voucher!
Many thanks

topcashback seems to be a better alternative. they actually have customer reviews of each site so you'll get a better idea of how reliable the tracking and cashback is.
interestingly, for my situation, tombola is reviewed very highly at topcashback. some of the customers have had their cashback tracked within the hour. Me ? With Quidco ?.
13 months and still waiting ..0 -
Good morning,
@wearside – Premier Inn unfortunately don’t accept claims at the moment but we are trying to get them to. In the past they haven’t had the facility to offer claims but hopefully in the future they will do. For the time being all we can do is warn members via the terms and conditions on the Premier Inn page. In regards to the delayed Aviva purchase, we have been experiencing a delay with them recently, and although the cashback was showing as approved, we do need to wait to receive the actual payment before we can pass this on.
@fairclaire – That’s great to hear, thanks for letting me know!
@littlewren – Do you know when she entered her bank details? If you ask her to email members@quidco.com FAO Rosie I can certainly check this for you to make sure everything is OK with her account.
@cifpower – When this happens we usually find it is something to do with your browser settings. Can you please make sure your settings are applied as per this link? Don’t worry about the links at the top, it is just the browser settings that may need adjusting.
@jasonwatkins – I do understand your frustration and feel free to moan on here! With incorrect cashback it can unfortunately take a while longer to be resolved, especially if it is paid incorrectly. We should have a response to the claim within the next few weeks, though.
@Sheepfan – Don’t worry, Quidco Compare transactions can take around 8 weeks to track. Have you verified the purchase at all? You can do so via this link.
@Philgee – Sure that’s no problem. I think I may have picked up your support ticket today, if not, can you please email members@quidco.com so I have your email address.
N.B for anyone who has not received their Tesco voucher yet, can you please email members@quidco.com with your Quidco email address and Tesco order number. We can then check this with Tesco.
Many thanks,
