I took out RAC cover on 1st January 2019 and should have received £65 cash back. There was a status update in May. But cash back still hasn't been paid. Ive looked on the contact us section on Quidco but can't find how to contact anyone regarding this. Anyone else had any problems with cash back off RAC? Thanks0

Quidco company rep, having trouble with Debenhams purchases tracking, then I have even more diffiiculty in making a missing cashback claim. You ask for the purchase amount, and then the amount of cashback that should be paid. I returned some items from the order, so if I enter the original purchase value of the total order, then my cashback claim will probably be rejected by the retailer. Can you confirm:
a) that cashback is still payable on the items which were not returned?
b) how to make a claim that will not result in it being rejected?0 -

So sorry to hear that you're having issues with tracking, I'd advise referring to this article which should help get purchases tracking again: https://support.quidco.com/article/tips-and-tricks. I'm afraid that returning or amending the order I'm afraid that this could cause the cashback to decline.
It's a referral fee that we receive from the retailer and pass over to you as cashback, the downside of amending the order is that it can break the referral link to Quidco. I ordered virgin media though Quidco but the cash back didn’t track properly. I have used Quidco numerous times and know what I am doing. I raised a complaint to Quidco and the referred to to virgin. After many many months I am now left with no cash back (£120) which was the only reason I went to Virgin.
I complained to virgin but they are next to useless. I can see online that lots have people have had the same issue. How can I resolve and get my cash back?0
