AA ISA is called "Easy Access product"
Non ISA is called "Easy Saver"
http://www.theaa.com/savings-accounts
So it should've tracked.
Actually, it probably doesn't matter which 'get cashback' button you click. i.e. you could probably click 'get cashback' button near ''choose from fixed rate, easy access and holding savings accounts' then once on the AA savings website go on to select 'Easy saver'. But I clicked the button beside the the product I wanted just to avoid any complications.0 -
OceanSound -If you had kept the account you would have had a strong case that Quidco themselves honour the description on its listing particularly due to Cash Isa rules, pretty sure you said you closed AA Isa Savings account
"However, I've already cancelled the account with the AA. They've refunded the initial deposit back to source"
You asked others to comment on tracking, I have been saying likely it didnt track due to it would appear cashback only being intended for "Non ISA" accounts which is what both TCB and AWIN ( cashback network) state/indicate

Also, the reasons I CANCELLED the ISA was because:
a) the notes on the 'raise missing cashback claim' said its unlikely that the cashback will be paid. (Although now I know that it may have been done if I pursued it)
b) I (incorrectly) thought paying in to only one ISA was allowed. However, after a bit of research, have now learnt that I can have one cash ISA and one stocks and shares ISA (As long as I don't invest more than 20k in total). I wanted to open a wealthify account, which is a stocks and shares ISA. Because I thought I could only have one ISA decided to cancel the AA one. Actually, could have kept it because it's a different type of ISA to the wealthify one.
From what I've read up to now, it's not advisable to CLOSE an ISA. I was within the 14 day cooling-off period, so was able to cancel.0 -

Maybe you can help
With Ref to my declined cash back (3390307)
The only reason I chose to move to Virgin for my phone and broadband was on the strength of the £60 cash back deal you had on offer.
I believe you are partnered with Virgin as you always have offers with them.
Having waited nearly 7 months just to have it declined with no explanation is unacceptable, especially when on July 4th progress was updated to
“Great News! Your claim has been successful. All that’s left is for the retailer to pass the cash back on to us within the next few weeks. You can keep up to date with this in your Activity tab.”
This would suggest that everything checked out and it was just a case of waiting for the money to be paid by Virgin. So what changed? You must know why it was declined.
It’s unacceptable at this late stage, especially with a large claim like this, to just say “Declined” and give no reason.
If this is the case then it’s pointless using your company.
Oh no, so sorry to hear this! Could you send me over an email to Joseph@quidco.com and I'll see what has gone on with this one-Joseph

can anyone help me please as I'm having trouble signing in to my Quidco account using Safari (on a Mac). It seems to happen around every 3 weeks and lasts around 4 or 5 days then it goes back to normal and I can sign in again!! Luckily I also have TCB so have started to use that during Quidco 'down time' but it's really annoying as I pay Quidco membership.
I'm not very tech savvy, so please be gentle with your replies!!
So sorry that you are having an issue logging in, I'd recommend checking that you do not have an autofill on as this can cause the issue. If you could shoot an email over to Joseph@quidco.com I'll see what I can do to get you back in ASAP :cheesy: -JosephOfficial Company Representative

Hello.
For about 2 years i have been using Firefox for my Quidco transactions and every purchase has tracked and been paid out.
Give or take 8 days ago i updated to the latest Firefox and have made 6 purchases on Ebay and 1 on Iceland and none of them have tracked. I know Ebay says allow 5 days for tracking but 1 transaction was 7 days ago and i have that item and no transaction is listed on Quidco.
Has the new Firefox update changed my settings without me knowing i wonder?
In the past when Firefox has updated all my Quidco transactions have tracked ok. Everytime i use Quidco i clean history and cookies before i log on.0
