Anyone expereince issues with AA Savings tracking?

Mine did not track. I tried to raise missing cashback claim. When going through the prompts on the Quidco website it said:
Please note: There is a possibility that your cashback could be declined and if you have the option to cancel or return your purchase you may wish to consider doing this rather than raise the claim for missing cashback.

If you raise a cashback claim the quidco support team will hold this for 30 days from the purchase date. The reason for this is that AA savings will only accept claims after this time has completed.

I phoned the AA ISA Savings to cancel. Was told the deposit which I paid by debit card is yet to arrive. Funny that because debit card payments are debited/credited instantly. Anyway, I sent them (within 14-day cooling off period) a secure message to cancel. THis was on 31 July. Received prompt (pop-up dialog) saying A member of the customer services team will respond in the next 2 working days. Nothing yet.

I'm really sorry to hear that you have had this issue, could you send over an email to Joseph@quidco.com and I will try to get a claim raised for you :) -Joseph

  • Declined Virgin Cashback
    Maybe you can help
With Ref to my declined cash back (3390307)
The only reason I chose to move to Virgin for my phone and broadband was on the strength of the £60 cash back deal you had on offer.
I believe you are partnered with Virgin as you always have offers with them.
Having waited nearly 7 months just to have it declined with no explanation is unacceptable, especially when on July 4th progress was updated to
“Great News! Your claim has been successful. All that’s left is for the retailer to pass the cash back on to us within the next few weeks. You can keep up to date with this in your Activity tab.”
This would suggest that everything checked out and it was just a case of waiting for the money to be paid by Virgin. So what changed? You must know why it was declined.
It’s unacceptable at this late stage, especially with a large claim like this, to just say “Declined” and give no reason.
If this is the case then it’s pointless using your company.

TCB listing clearly states "Non ISA"

Quidco listing states "opening an Easy Saver"

AA ISA is called "Easy Access product"

The above should answer why it didnt track

can anyone help me please as I'm having trouble signing in to my Quidco account using Safari (on a Mac). It seems to happen around every 3 weeks and lasts around 4 or 5 days then it goes back to normal and I can sign in again!! Luckily I also have TCB so have started to use that during Quidco 'down time' but it's really annoying as I pay Quidco membership.
I'm not very tech savvy, so please be gentle with your replies!!

Thanks for offering to support me with this. However, I've already cancelled the account with the AA. They've refunded the initial deposit back to source.

Quidco listing clearly states 'choose from fixed rate, easy access and holding savings accounts'. I always keep screenshots:

Reason AA Savings didnt track would appear to be due to AA ISA intending to be excluded from Cashback offer as per TCB 15.00 listing.;) - Wink is @ Quidco- TCB state Quidco cashback rates are 80-100% https://www.topcashback.co.uk/quidco

Above screenshot which is same as current listing on Quidco also states "genuine new customer"

Quidco listing right at bottom does state -

Easy Saver is provided by Bank of Ireland UK
The AA ISA is provided by OneFamily. Money in this AA ISA is deposited with Bank of Ireland UK. All other AA Savings accounts are provided by Bank of Ireland UK
Online cashback rates for an approved and opened Easy Saver account, an Easy Access ISA product or a Fixed Rate ISA product.

So, the above proves that Easy access ISA is included.

TCB and Quidco description listings cannot both be correct,TCB specifically states "Non ISA"

AA ISA is called "Easy Access product"

Non ISA is called "Easy Saver"
