I made a claim back in February for a Ladbrokes purchase that did not track. The claim was updated as successful on 15th April. How much longer will it take for quidco to pay me the money?0

After not using quidco for a while I thought I would see if things had improved on my previous experiences ,BIG MISTAKE.
I applied for a Tesco CC ,the application was successful but now I see the cashback [£25] has been declined and when I tried to raise a claim apparently it can't be done for this particular merchant !!!!

I also returned to Quidco after a break of several years. We took out car insurance with Aviva but it did not track. I raised a claim after a few days so fingers crossed. I never have problems with TopCashBack so will stick to them in future though. Nice to get a bit of free cash though.

I'm sorry to hear that your Aviva purchase did not track into your account automatically but am glad to hear that you have raised a claim as this is the best thing to do to allow us to manually track your cashback for you.

I've had a few issues with some cashback tracking...but on the whole Quidco has been good for me - have earned > £200 since I joined 4 months ago....not bad :-)

Claims with this retailer can take up to around 6 months to be paid, from the date that the claim was raised. Unfortunately, as advised on their page on our site, Tesco Bank doesn't accept cashback claims, so we're unable find out why your cashback was declined on this occasion.

Tesco Bank do accept claims but you must select the correct branch of Tesco Bank you're claiming for e.g. Credit card, pet insurance
If you contact our support team we will be happy to raise the claim for you.
