Just had a look at my Quidco Activity. No payments from Halfords (transaction from November 2014 and tracked in March) and Cafe Nero (lots of transactions commencing September 2014 and onwards). It seems like a joke to me. No point in putting up reviews about these retailers on the site because they will censor you (see my previous posts). And when you want to raise a query about Halfords they say something along the lines of 'quidco is not investigating claims relating to Halfords'.

Hi Quidco
I used Quidco to book a hotel through hotels.com a while back, and completed the stay over the weekend.
The cash back still hasn't tracked, but when I try and submit a claim it says I can't because I booked over 7weeks ago. Does this mean that even though the stay was only this weekend, I can't claim the cashback?
How frustrating when the terms and conditions seem to read that you have to wait until after your stay for it to show in your quidco account.
Please can you advise?

I'm sorry to hear that your Hotels.com purchase has not tracked and for any disappointment that this may be causing.
Purchases with this retailer should track into your account within around 24 hours although the cashback will not get confirmed until around 8-12 weeks after you have completed your stay.
Please contact our customer services team who may be able to manually raise a cashback claim for this and see if Hotels.com will accept this from us. You can do this via this link: https://www.quidco.com/support-contact-us/

Has anyone had any success getting the cashback for Halifax Reward account paid? I have had the £40 tracked since January but it is now stating 'payment delay'. I can't raise a support ticket and Quidco Support don't want to know saying it will be paid in due course.

There are no issues with this retailer that we are aware of.
Due to the way that the cashback industry works, we're unable to pass on the cashback for transactions until we have confirmation that we will receive the cashback from the retailer
Each retailer has their own estimated payment speed and this varies from a few weeks to several months, depending on the retailer's requirements for cashback.
We do always advertise the payment speeds on each retailers' page, so that our customers can make an informed decision on whether to make a purchase.
We are always working on getting payments for our customers as soon as we can and on reducing payment speeds, so please keep your eyes peeled!
As soon as we have any further updates, or your cashback is ready to be paid, we will of course let you know.

After not using quidco for a while I thought I would see if things had improved on my previous experiences ,BIG MISTAKE.
I applied for a Tesco CC ,the application was successful but now I see the cashback [£25] has been declined and when I tried to raise a claim apparently it can't be done for this particular merchant !!!!This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I also returned to Quidco after a break of several years. We took out car insurance with Aviva but it did not track. I raised a claim after a few days so fingers crossed. I never have problems with TopCashBack so will stick to them in future though. Nice to get a bit of free cash though.0

I've had a few issues with some cashback tracking...but on the whole Quidco has been good for me - have earned > £200 since I joined 4 months ago....not bad :-)0
