The silver lining in the Cash Passport cloud seems to be that all other Mastercard prepaids are working fine for now, I guess until 1 Nov0

I have had this issue today with Neteller prepay Mastercard (not the virtual one). I called Neteller to ask them why it was rejected, and they've said that there are issues with Ryanair which their technically people have tried to address, but Ryanair refuses to work through them.
Because:
- the card has worked before
- I tried twice and double-checked the details
- prepaid MasterCards do not incur the £6.00 admin fee
- my Visa card worked (with £6.00 fee)
- Neteller's customer service comments
I am led to believe, until I have evidence to the contrary, that this is a tactic used by Ryanair to force me to pay the £6.00 fee.
I suggest making complaints to Consumer Direct0 -
