I can only speak from my own personal experience, in this instance with Ryanair. I wished to share the information I was given by FairFX Customer Service about the ongoing issues with dealing with Ryanair from their perspective. If anyone wishes to broaden the scope and discuss problems they have encountered on other sites they are welcome and I am sure it will be helpful.

I have already given my experience with Alpharooms - is that Ryanair's fault as well?

I have no idea. As I said my experience is solely with Ryanair and FairFX. If you wish to investigate beyond that I suggest you give Alpharooms a call and ask them.

I booked last week with my Neteller card and again this morning. They certainly are not blocking prepay Mastercards from Neteller!!

It may be just a simple case Ryanair have not loaded some pre paid mastercard BIN numbers into there system to allow them to take the payment.

So so sorry for coming onto this post, but I didn't know what else to do. Have just reg. and I don't know how to post a message, have been trying for 2 hours, could someone please please put up a message telling me what do. Sorry once again

There was/is a known issue with a certain range of FairFX cards, I think it is the anywhere card with the card numbers beginning 5313. They have since changed this card number to 5195 you might want to reorder your card as a lost card and see if that makes a difference.

Hi, if you look at the top of the page there are sections for Forum Help,Rules, Etiquette etc. You should get the answers you need there. It's pretty easy once you get going!
