when I was a mgr at a drive throu, we didn't people on push bikes or pedestrians, - as we were told it would be unsafe for the person concerned, as the manner some drivers drove round.
Would def complain to the restaurant about the abuse you had.

I was once refused service on my motorcycle, they couldn't explain that one at all.

So do the press and local government and courts including the one I work for; yet nothing can be found on a search except your posts on the matter. Is it a special secret law for special people like you to know about?
Or are you just making things up and you are to much of a coward to admit you are wrong?

Just curious as to the legality of this?
    Can one do it?

Like any shop they can legally refuse to serve anyone they like, as long as it is not on grounds of sex/race/religion etc

    Or copied from Wiki.

Easyhost, as you have a close relationship with your local Police Authority, perhaps you need to ask them why they are giving you information about American legislation.

Were you supposed to? Which authority? I know plenty of cops who get confused by proposed as opposed to current legislation, Could be a bye law - Ken Livingstone tried to get one for London. Obviously you didn't understand what you were given somehow.

Maybe if you pretended to be a car - would be funny to watch!!

P.s i'm not condoning bad CS or abuse, no-one deserves that. Just had the vision on someone running up makes car noise, winding down a fake window and then the response of the guy sat there! Would be priceless

Four of us did that when we were in college. We pretended to be in some sort of invisible car. The staff were very humourless about it, especially when our car broke down.

Presumably because it wasn't very funny...

That sort of forced "We're students, look how crazy and anarchic we are!" attitude.

Nothing to do with being "crazy" or "anarchic", just boredom between classes.
