    Right - so we'll be looking out for:

    - items needed
    - with extra points
    - and nice single the difference vs Asda

    :cool::D:cool::D:cool:

    Spreadsheet anybody? :rotfl:

    Doesn't need to be.

    There are some loons out there who will buy 1000s of the same item if there is 25 extra points on it and it costs less than 75p.

    Tesco logic. Tesco have finally wised up to it over the past couple of years, explains why they've put the disclaimer on.

    Why would they be loons? Tripling up the points for clubcard vouchers makes the product in effect free and if it's something that could be sold on at a carboot then you're making a tidy profit :beer:

    Happy moneysaving all.

    You could be right :D

    10,000 points is nearly enough for 3 European flights for me - we fly a lot.

    So provided I'm buying something at a reasonable price and we'll use it, I'll be going for the points big time since I can discount the price charged by the value of my free flights.

    I just looked at Airmiles for the first time ever.
    So you can get a return flight to Zone 2 for 1,500 Airmiles, is that correct? So that means you could get 6 return flights then to Zone 2 with 10,000 points? That's a lot, am I missing something here???
